    Just received my Satin robe with my new name to be across the back and very pleased with my purchase. The print of the name is gorgeous. I've got black writing in the Classic Font on an ivory robe and it is just as I wanted. It's clear and easy to read. The Satin robe is thin like the other reviews said but that's what I expected as its a satin robe! Very similar to ones I've seen in La Senza that I was going to buy for my wedding day but this is personalised.

    I've also purchased the Standard ones for my Bridesmaids on my wedding day. Very easy to order and it was delivered in less than 72hours of ordering. Cannot fault the service. Thank you.

    I was disappointed that the gown seemed to be beautifully embroidered on the website but when I received mine it was just printed. The quality of the gown is poor and doesn't look the same as on the website.

    Pure Treats Reply: We are really sorry the Satin Robe isn't as you had expected. We try to make it clear on the website that we print and don't embroider. We find this method lasts for years without cracking or fading even after hundreds of washes. Embroidery would also be too heavy for satin material.
    The photos on the site are the actual garments photographed on our own model. The Satin is a high quality material and not Silk as you may have been expecting but these retail for over £100 without personalisation. They are lightweight but we feel this is to be expected with Satin material.
    Again we are sorry you were expecting something different and we will try to describe the robes more thoroughly.

    Great idea.....but hoped it would be better quality material.....was cheap compared to other websites, to be fair......wish I had ordered the more expensive one, which may have been better material.....not so great for a bride pressie....

    My order arrived really quickly, I was called by one of the staff as I had miss spelt a word to check it was correct. So pleased as I would have had the wrong spelling had they not phoned me.

    Lovely silky material. The words on the back are perfect, nice size across the back.

    I have given 4 stars rather than 5 as I would have liked the option to have my initials on the front too.

    Can't fault the customer service, delivery time and product. Will recommend to others. Thank you.
