for a refund or replacement in the original packaging within 14 days of
receiving it. If you plan to return an item please read the following
conditions:

dispatch date ensuring they are in perfect condition, have not been worn
and are in the original packaging. You should notify us that you wish
to return your goods within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). You can
do this by phone or e mail.
• We will offer you an exchange or refund on your goods once we
have received the non personalised items back. We will not refund for
postage and packaging unless the items are deemed faulty.
• Please allow between 7-10 days for replacement goods, assuming
the goods are in stock. This is not applicable for personalised goods.
• Lingerie for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless faulty.

bikinis and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty).
• Due to the nature of personalised goods we cannot accept returns
for incorrect sizing or incorrect typing errors given by the customer.

• As the goods which are to be returned to us are your responsibility
prior to reaching us, Pure Treats strongly recommend you return the goods
with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for your own protection. We can then
track your goods should they not arrive.
• Pure Treats will always do
their up most to dispatch goods within the time frame specified on the
website if they are in stock, for standard orders this is within 5-14

of stock you will be informed as soon as possible to advise you of the
delay. On dispatch Pure Treats will obtain proof of postage which will
confirm the date of dispatch. Pure Treats cannot be held responsible for
goods not arriving by a specified date due to Royal Mail failing to delivery
the products quickly. If goods arrive after the date they are needed by
Pure Treats will not be able to give refunds unless the product has not
been personalised.
Cancellations
Customers have a 7 day cooling off period (excluding personalised goods)
if you wish to cancel your order. We cannot be held responsible for goods
which have already been dispatched prior to receiving your cancellation.
Cancellations should be made in writing via the post or e mail.
Images of Goods on the Website
We have made every effort to represent our goods accurately, however as
our products are handcrafted and personalised individually there may be
slight variations from the images on the website. The reproduction of
colours is as accurate as possible from the photographs taken for the
purpose of this site.
Printed and personalisation
of goods
Items at Pure Treats are handcrafted
and personalised on an individual basis. This means they will sometimes
differ slightly from the pictures on the website. If any information is
left off the order form or your requirements are not specific the design
team at Pure Treats will use their skills to create the 'best' look for
your goods.
Excessive text will be charged
extra. If you need more text printed on an item than is shown on the pictures
or advised on the webpage please contact us before ordering for a price.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the goods only. We
will not be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred as a result
of faulty goods supplied or by our inability to supply any product or
if the product is late arriving. If a product is lost in the post we will
do our up most to replace it once we can claim for a lost parcel through
Royal Mail.
If the customer fails to collect or take delivery for goods ordered from
Pure Treats and they are then returned to us, we cannot be held responsible
and will not provide a refund. If you would like the order to be re-sent
you will have to pay for the postage again prior to dispatch.
Postage
For standard delivery items Pure
Treats use Royal Mail as their method of postage. We cannot be held responsible
for the time it takes to deliver via this method. Occasionally it will
prove to be more cost effective for Pure Treats to send goods via Courier,
if this occurs you will need to sign for the goods at the time of delivery.
Our postage price also includes packaging.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose any of your personal or financial details to any companies
and we will not mail you with sales e mails or letters.
